It depends on the type of herbal tea and the quantity of the tea consumed.

For the properties of herbs, you should check out aromatherapy books because the oils will have pretty much the same properties as the tea. For example peppermint tea will settle your stomach but if you overdose it will have the opposite effect.

yes you will also urinate a lot because it is also a diuretic, but it it is still a milder source of caffiene than coffee
