I have seen all the answers so far and guess they must be good. Tata Memorial is considered the best but to get an appointment is like waiting for the cancer to kill you. The best place for cancer treatment and trust me - humane and understanding doctors making every concious effort to cure their patients is none other then where I was treated "The Rajiv Gandhi Cancer and Reasearch Institute." The hospital is situated in Rohini, Delhi and i have no doubt in recommending the place for the best possible treatment. For follow up treatment, I would head directly for AIIMS as they have the very best of doctors and equipment and though looks in this case are very decepetive - you will be in the very best of care.

I did quite some research on this topic recently after my fathers cancer was diagnosed. I thought I should share it for others benefit.
From your list, Tata memorial hospital is hands down simply the best.worth the wait i must say. Its important to remember that most of the time cancer is not an emergency. They advised different treatment based on new investigations which the "cancer experts" from other hospitals didnt' even know about.This gave me more time with my dad and improved his quality of life also (after i thought all hope was lost). I think its mainly because they have super speciality DM oncology courses. So the docs are experienced, updated and on top of their game.
CMC vellore is good for any blood cancer and very bad for any other cancers.Also long queues and waiting list for everything from getting appointment and buying medicines. It is slightly cheaper but as you would expext the quality is lowered as a result. So if you have any insurance, best to not opt for it.

Adayar Cancer Institute in chennai is said to be one of the best places. But i went there to ask for an opinion for my mother's case. I couldnt get a proper answer. Mainly because they suggest doing a complete diagnosis of the patient from the beginning. I suggest please take the patient and all previous reports when you go there.
