I just had sex with a girl and now her lower abdomanial region feels like someones jabbing a railroad spike into it... What should she do whats going on???

Have her go to a doctor right away. It may be nothing serious but it could be extremely serious. I had painful intercourse and it turned out that I had cervical cancer. There's no need to put off going to the doctor, if this is what it is, it is 100% curable if caught early.

See a doctor..there are many possibilities that vary from sex being too harsh all the way to chronic and life altering problems...it won't hurt to get checked...

Sounds like ovarian cysts to me, or maybe uterine fibers. Like everyone else has said, go to the gyno to get checked out. If she doesn't have one, then go to the local health dept. They see people for free sometimes, or very little money.
And you sound responsible enough to drive her there yourself instead of making her sweat it out alone.

she needs to take some advil...her region hurts so bad since you went so deep inside her and penetrated her hard....i think that you were too much into the moment and went too hard at it...tell her that she will be okay after like a day or so

She needs to seek medical help. It could be endometriosis, which is a VERY painfull condition especially during or after sex, or during her menstral periods. Or it could be something else entirely. Is she bleeding? Ger her to a doctor.

I think the ovary is too low while yours are too long. It probably touched the inner wall, that produces pain after sex. Consult a doctor.
