I've been dieting and exercising for almost a month now and lost about 5 pounds, but for the past week my weight has been stuck at the same 195, even though I was REALLY dieting and exercising, more than I had been before. Two days ago I got pissed about it, and just went nuts...I hate cookies, chips, chicken wings, ARBYS...and not all of a sudden im down to 190. My diet wasn't taking the pounds off, so I starting eating a lot and I lost the weight then. Is this normal, is this something I should do? Diet hard, then eat hard?
