Weight is 99% the result of diet. Exercise just helps firm up the skin after the weight is lost. Of course, if someone runs 10 miles a day and doesn't eat anything additional they will lose a few ounces. When you diet please remember that you have to eat the minim daily requirements of nutrients or your body will go into the starvation mode and you can't lose weight. Five pounds a month is a good goal, just don't backslide. Good Luck!

you really need to work out and burn what you have eaten. diet is not enough. I lost a lot of weight by doing tae bo, or just jumping over the rope for 20 minutes 3 times a week for 2 months. do aerobics, dance... whatever you like.swimming is also fantastic sport.ve up eating late. learn to feel confortable while you are feeling the hunger. you shoul never eat when you feel the hunger for a little snack. that "i want to eat sth" and not eating is the time when you are loosing your own body fat. you need to change your life style. try eating 3 diferent fresh fruits or vegatables every day instead of chocolate. have you ever heard for montiniaque diet? that is the right way to put the right food together.

You have to psychologically consider that you are thin.Dont care for others comments.I sugest the 'Dance Therapy',that is,just tune to your favorite music and dance the way you like for some time.Generate more saliva while you chew.Enjoy the food and eat slowly.You will definitely lose weight.All the best.

hope u have consulted some "doc", who said u have to loose body-weight, then follow diet control and "brisk walk for 30 min every morning"; should help u;

if u are fashion-smitten to talk about "body-wt-loss"; then enlist urself in VLCC & follow their routine.......

You can try this. its effective.
Try to avoid all starch food (carbohydrates) sweets and oily food. eat protien and green food. definitely you will see the result in one month. If you do exercise with this then value will be added.
