It would help if you give your age with a question like this. Your penis should be erect or hard. In aroused condition the penis fills with blood and get longer and bigger and more sensitive. If it has a little curve to it that is okay direction does not matter. With your penis erect you reach down and grab hold of your penis with the thumb on top of the shaft and fingers on the bottom of the shaft. Hold with enough pressure that when you move your hand up and down the skin of the penis moves with it. Now move the skin up over the end of your penis and then back down as far as it will go feeling comfortable. Do this until the good feelings come. It may feel like you have to pee but keep doing it and increase your speed. There will be a contraction of the muscles in your groin and your penis will contract. If you are not yet in puberty no semen will come out the end. If you are into puberty then you will shoot semen out of the end. This will be good for starting. You can experiment with other techinques and with lubricants as you masturbate more often. Masturbation is okay and normal and in fact it is good for your reproductive system. It helps to relieve stress, it relaxes you so do your fiirst time somewhere private where you can just lay still and be quite for a little bit. Have a soft cloth or kleenex near by for clean up. It is not a sin, and it feels really good. Practice safe sex so do not stick your penis into anything but your hand, your parnters hand, or your partners vagina. Also, it is sex and like all sex should be personal and private. Do not get tricked into letting older boys or men masturbate you or see your genitals. If you want to experiment with a friend your age that is okay as long as you can trust your friend.
