It is hard to loose weight, but possible making a exercise routine daily,and decrease the portion of food, eating fruit ,vegetables and a lot water,remember eat a fruit snack tree time a day and it is possible do not eat nothing heavy after 6:00 pm, THIS IS MY WAY TO LOOSE WEIGHT ,ITS NOT A PRESCRIBED DIET.

There is no easy way dear. You can try this. its effective.
Try to avoid all starch food (carbohydrates) sweets and oily food. eat protien and green food. definitely you will see the result in one month. If you do exercise with this then value will be added.
