I'm a big guy myself. I'm about 300 lbs and currently on a diet that has worked well so far (I started at almost 330 back in July). I heard that because of the excess fatty tissue on a bigger persons body, like myself, when losing the weight you will actually gain size to your penis. I have no reason to brag nor do I have a reason to complain as even now I am at 6 inches which I assume to be average but if these things I've heard are true then I will have something extra to look forward to. Now I also heard that you gain approximately an inch or so for every 40 pounds you lose. I do not know how valid any of this is so if someone could please inform me I'd appreciate that. If its all true I may have to double my exercise routine and speed things up lol.

Well, it really depends on how your body fat is distributed. The fat that subtracts from the measurement of the penis is the "pad" over the pubic bone. It is necessary to speak of two types of measurements when speaking of this issue: bone-pressed and non-bone-pressed erect length. The first is obtained by pressing a ruler as close as you can to your pubic bone and measuring along the top of the penis. The second is obtained by measuring only the exposed part. Theoretically, your bone-pressed length will change very little while your non-bone-pressed length will increase. How much it will increase is uncertain, because it depends on how thick the fat over your pubic bone is. But 1 inch per 40 lbs might be a bit much. I read somewhere that 1/2 inch per 30 lbs is a good guess sometimes, but in the same forum they suggested that it was impossible to make a rule-of-thumb that holds in every case. But losing weight is still a good idea though. At the very least it will LOOK bigger, and you will feel better in general. Good luck!

You must read "Penis Enlargement Bible" by John Collins, get the electronic format (PDF) @ https://www.getpebible.com - The reason why this penis enlargement exercise program is the best is because the whole process of growth is based on two pillars: mechanical one & biochemical, the other penis enlargement programs focus only on exercises making them less effective. Exercising your penis alone can damage your health for good.

The main goal of the book is to learn you how to get nutrient-rich blood and oxygen into your penis as much as possible which can help you gain the natural male enhancement. This nutrient-rich blood flow will support the cells in your penis to enlarge and repair quickly. Thence, just like during puberty, the new cells will be created.

The "2-step" method of The Penis Enlargement Bible works on a principle where biochemical reacts with receptors in your penis which were put there so that during the puberty, your penis would gradually grow. The 2nd step is making the enlarging process happen faster by performing exercises. The growth happens and your penis can take more blood, resulting in a bigger, thicker and much more powerful penis.

I gained about 0.9 inch in girth and 2.4 inch in length (erect) in 10 weeks by following this program, this book has changed my life. I also have better control over my erections and I last a lot longer. I hope this helps, I once was in your shoes and I know how it feels.

He was talking about fat that builds up at the base of the penis, on an extremely fat man. Losing the weight MIGHT effectively allow the penis to penetrate deeper, but it doesn't actually increase the size of the penis. And I kind of doubt that he has much scientific evidence for that assertion, either. One inch for just 35 lbs doesn't seem believable.

Nah it will just LOOK bigger! The size won't change at all. Likewise, when you put on too many pounds, your penis begins to look tiny because you are so big. For example this fellow has a normal sized joystick but you would never know it from this picture, would you?

the reason why people say you gain size in in. when you lose weight is because the tissue on your tummy and surrounding areas gets smaller, thus revealing length you previously wouldn't have seen due to excess pounds on your body.
try shaving you'd be surprised how big he looks then too.)
congratulations on your weight loss and i hope you continue to get healthy!
