I currently weigh 158. I am 5'8 21 years old
my target weight is 140 and I want to lose my belly fat and build muscle.

I keep getting a kinda vibrating/tingling sensation down the left side of my chest and left arm. It does not hurt. I get it about every 5 minutes.
I went to the doctors today. I explained the sensation and told her i was under a bit of stress. The doc said nothing much just to come back if it got worse.
Could it be stress related? I dont handle stress well and i do worry about stuff. Anyone else had this? Ive never had it before?

i took the pills and i had really bad side affects and now im taking the patch for 6 months now..but they arent working...they work but i take the patch for 3 weeks off for the 4th week and am suppose to start my pd, the day after the patch comes off and i wait 5 or 6 days and then it starts..is there anything else

my brother just received news today that he was born with 2 neck vertabrae (C5 & C6) fused together. So I suppose he was born with 6 vertabrae in his neck instead of 7. Please give me some advice on what kind of medication he should be on, how many times a year should he visit a chiropractor and anything in the alternative medicine area that could help him out with pain?

A burning pain in my neck that runs up into my head. It happens when I turn it some times. Its the worst when I drive long distances and my neck gets stiff from looking forward and when I turn it, I can't do any thing but think of the burning pain (scale of 1-15 defiantly a 15) that last about 2 seconds. After the pain a tingle for about two hours it seems the pain gets worse and worse every time. I’ve been dealing with it for since I was about 14, but I'm starting to worry, when I tell people they don't seem to care.
