I keep getting a kinda vibrating/tingling sensation down the left side of my chest and left arm. It does not hurt. I get it about every 5 minutes.
I went to the doctors today. I explained the sensation and told her i was under a bit of stress. The doc said nothing much just to come back if it got worse.
Could it be stress related? I dont handle stress well and i do worry about stuff. Anyone else had this? Ive never had it before?

Yep, that's about right. I thought I was having a massive heart attack cos I had pain as well, but no it was stress. And I do still get it from time to time, and I get it when I am all tense in my neck worse.
Two year after I first got it though I started having major panic attacks all over the show, so I would say to you it's an early warning to learn how to handle stress. I ended up taking Kalms which are great for temporary solution, help you back into a sleep pattern etc. I realised in the end life is too short to worry all the time. Learn to say no, take up a bit of walking to give you space to think any worries out, play nice relaxing music before you go to sleep, indulge in a warm bubble bath and a good book every night and you should find life gets a bit easier.

I don't know exactly why your chest would be getting sensations but your left arm could be from a pinched nerve in your neck. I'm not saying for sure that is what it is but have you ever thought about seeing a chiropractor? Being under stress often tenses up the body and for some reason it puts tremendous amounts of strain on your neck. I know when my neck goes out of whack I get a tingling sensation down my arm and fingertips. After I get adjusted it goes away, not necessarily the same day, sometimes it takes a couple of days. If you do decide to go the chiropractor and it isn't your neck do not let it go on. Call your doctor again and demand something be done to find out what is going on with you. Remember it is your body and you know when something is wrong or just doesn't seem right. Good Luck.

I am an alternative medicinal therapist and I really think you should go and see an acupuncture therapist, you may have a trapped nerve, poor circulation or it could be a heart problem either way they can help. Don't wait until it's gets worse. The body is telling you that something is wrong.Your GP is an idiot. like many of them nowdays

Dear loopy lou
It seems you are not completely reassured by your Doctors assessment.
This is a shame. Call back to the Drs and see another one , explain your concerns. I hope they explain what they think it might be and why they think it's nothing for you to worry about.
Good luck.

In my professional opinion this could be serious and tied up with cardiac problems. Please seek a second opinion at your earliest possible time. Good Luck. Don't worry, this could make things worse. Wait for the diagnosis, before you assume the worst.
