Be sure that there is no relation between the ABO blood typing system and your pregnancy ,,,,,,
Regarding some answers in your question they mentioned RH blood type,,,,,well if u r an RH- and u have an RH+ baby the first one is ok but the 2nd baby will die or u will not even get pregnant ,,,I mentioned that as I thought u might become confused ......
The most usual cause for your problem may be due to that one of u is infertile (most probably your partner) he may be sterile or infertile........
Whatever I think u should have visited some obstetricians or gynecologists before going online ........

Is your blood type negative? If so, a negative blood type can prevent pregnancy. Most babies have a positive blood type and therefore when a Mom gets pregnant when she has a RH Negative type (A-, B-, AB- etc.) your body fights against the pregnancy. If you get pregnant, you will need to talk to your OB-GYN about having a shot of Rhogam done throughout your pregnancy. You can also visit a genetics counselor if your OB refers you and they can do additional testing for blood on you and your BF if you want to have a baby. Good luck!

Unless one of you were RH neg...and even then, becoming pregnant shouldn't be a problem (carrying it w/o the Rhogham shot would be) How long have you been trying? Talk to your doctor if it's been over 6 months. Usually couples TTC are successful within a year.

Blood type doesn't determine fertility. Make an appointment to see an ob/gyn doctor. He/She may be able to find out what the problem really is.

Edit: A negative RH factor doesn't effect your fertility...I have a negative RH factor and I have 6 kids!

No. Your shared blood type has nothing to do with your inability to become pregnant.

You should both see a doctor together to find out if one of you is infertile or if your boyfreind just has a low sperm count.

How old are you? Age could be a factor. Check with your doctor. It's the best thing to do.
