I generally have a weak back and when I run, it kind of bothers me a little bit. I'm on my schools Cross Country track team, we have a competition coming up, is there anyway I can strengthen my back or get rid of the backpain in time for the competition (two weeks) if not, is there any way at all in the longterm?

ive always had this problem.

im smarter than the average person and i have the ability to get 95-100's in school...but i cant even manage to get my homework out of my bookbag.

i think about it for hours but i just cant get the motivation to even start.

it's wicked frusturating, whats wrong with me? what should i do to make me more motivated?

I had a root canal today, and the dentist broke off a file in the canal. he said I was the 2nd person that this had happened to aand couldn't tell me if It was going to be a problem or not. he told me the other person was okay. It hurts really bad, if it keeps on hurting then he have to do something and he didn't say what . I went in the first time for the tooth cause it was chipped ,leaving a hole at the top of tooth,that day he said that I need a root canal . So, for two weeks i've been on penicillin pills and pain pills. then last week he tryed the root canal and couldn't find the canal to get the roots out. finally today the found the canal and broke off a file trying to make the canal wider. also he must have pull my tooth , cause not any of the tooth is there any more. what can I do about what he did , he didn't do the right thing like I ask him to do. He can't even tell me what or when I will get better, but he hasn' charged me for the root canal.. What should I do?

I thought it was a little unusual.

Even worse is there is no mention of the glycemic index, what healthy carbs are, lean proteins, and healthy fats. The curriculum is probably from the 80's.

i drank alot of water when i stpped down from my cardio machine and i peed at home and i had dinner i had scrambelled eggs with half a cup of milk but i doubt it was half but i nkow it wasint full and i had 2 slices of toast with honey did i eat to much why am i so bloated

ok, so in my gym class there are these really skinny athletic girls, and i know i shouldnt, but i look at the and i feel fat. im 15 and 110 pounds. but anyway, when you look at your thieghs, do the touch in the middle? you know...towards the top of your leg? do you think you could put you age and wieght too? i dont know, i think im over reacting...oh, im 5'2 also, how about you?
