what is defined as an uncircumsized man?

i don't understand what circumsizing is and no i'm not too young to be asking before you ask. i get the basic concept but i don't understand the difference. anyone help explain?

Dave had a good answer, but it would be good to mention that the glans of a healthy uncircumcised penis is exposed during an erection but the glans of a circumcised penis is exposed constantly. Some women here say that uncircumcised men are more sensitive and responsive in bed too because the foreskin keeps the glans moist, smooth, and protected from irritation. I wish I was not circumcised. Surely there's a good reason for the skin to be there. Millions of years of evolution (or divine decree) have dictated that the foreskin is important, so who are we to say otherwise? As long as one keeps it clean, I cannot imagine there being any significant problems with a normal foreskin. Good night!

Circumcision in a nutshell is the removal of the forskin from the penis. The forskin is that covering over the end of the penis. A man who is circumcised won't have the forskin. The glans at the end of the penis is exposed. It is done for religious or supposedly sanitary reasons. It is easier for the man to keep himself clean if he is circumised. Dead skin cells and secretions tend to accumulate under the foreskin. These can harbor bacteria. Some believe that circumcision decreases sexual pleasure.
