Erectile dysfunction includes men who can't get it up at all and men who can't maintain one during sex. It's very common, especially for anyone suffering from depression, stress or just getting older. Some men use a band that goes on the base of the penis that helps keep the erection, others turn to the E.D. drugs. Is his overall health and mental state good?

In most cases, erectile dysfunction is caused by something physical. Sometimes it's caused by psycological problems. The brain plays a key role in triggering the series of physical events that cause an erection, starting with feelings of sexual excitement. You can learn more about this problem and about natural remedies here http://erectiledysfunction.toptips.org. It's an eye opening site!

Does he have a short attention span or ADD? Maybe his mind shifts gears a lot, and he starts thinking about other things instead of his more immediate job he is doing servicing you. If his mind wanders regularly, I expect that's what is happening during sex. I have that same problem at times. Best way to prevent it is to be more aggressive with him--touching and feeling etc etc so he doesn't loose track of what he is doing. The same old in and out gets routine, so surprise him with some new moves or positions.

Many possibilites... Diabetes, high blood pressure, depression, any circulatory disorder. Worst thing to do is make a big deal about it and worry. Best thing to do is achieve optimum health through low fat diet and exercise program.... anything that will improve circulation. Don't listen to the people recommending Viagra and the like because it can cause blindness in older men.

Many of the causes of erectile dysfunction are actually psychological. Understand that this is not the same as saying that it’s all in your head, because it’s not. Learn here https://tr.im/40K4i
Psychological issues can easily lead to a variety of very real physical ailments. If that surprises you, it shouldn’t. Stress can lead to heart disease, so why can’t other psychological issues lead to ED? It’s a pretty common, fairly well understood phenomenon.
Stress is, in fact, one of the leading causes of ED, which makes it a particularly nasty condition (because it also can lead to heart troubles, so it hits you twice). Long before stress kills you though, it will impact your sex life in a major, and entirely negative way.

Try Viagra or Cialis and see if these solve his problem. If they don't consult a urologist for other alternatives.
