your muscles can atrophy when you don't exercise regularly, you can always "gain" them back you just have to exercise more often. and if you are already doing so then for one, good job! 2, check your diet and make sure you are eating healthy and taking multi vitamins. hope that helped

you don't *gain* it, you make it. Build it up with good foods and lots of exercise.
