I need help getting my fiaunce' from a mental hospital.They are using her as a guinee pig and a bank account.She has little time to live and her adopted family has a large insurance policy.I have known this girl since she was 2 years old and she wants to die at home(witrh us).the place where she is at has a restraining order.

Who signed what?
Who has power of attorney?
You say there's a restraining order in place. I assume this is against you.
You need to go before a judge and get this adjudicated.
Too bad there's no justice anymore, the judge will go along and get along.
A boatload of money and a smart attorney might go a long way right now.

If she was court ordered to be put there, you cant get her out. If she signed her self in, she can sign her self out. Sounds like you need to talk to an attorney.

take it easy..maybe she is in a mental hospital for a reason...
u can take authorization to take her out in xmas night only
