i'm getting a root canal tomorrow but i've been really bad sick to my stomach for the best 3 days and i can't eat a meal without getting sick and throwing up right now i feel nausiated and dizzy, can that be because of my tooth decay? i didnt think so i thought i was just sick with a virus but then people have been telling me it could be that and can it get worse?

I exercise about 4 days a week or more, eat fairly healthy and have been doing all of this for over two years. I still am suffering from anxiety problems, my muscles tense up throughout the day, I feel my heart race when I think negative thoughts, and I cannot sleep through the night. I wake up and toss and turn dozens of times. What other natural way can I go about fixing this?

Or is the actual yoga itself the stretch?. I'm not that flexible and it seems to me that if I stretched before doing yoga, I would be able to do the poses better. Also, if I can't be as flexible as the others, does that mean they get more benefis from a yoga session than me?

my orthodontist said, in two months I can start only wearing it at night, then two months later, only a few hours a day, well, its been the first two months, but even when i have it out for three hours its tight when i put it back.. so isnt that an indication I should leave it in longer? is she crazy?

My second born son has so far failed to learn how to speak. He only makes the Ku sounds to everything. He can imitate may things like dancing, hand motions, can play computer games, can copy letters and numbers, but he cannot imitate speech. He loses interest very fast when i try to get him to say something. His elder brother is now 8 yrs old and is very vocal. We have very few speech theraphists here i have to struggle with him. Any ideas on how to boost my efforts? The day he will talk will be the best day of my life. Any help out there? Thanks.

As a guy who spends a lot of time outside in all weathers (work and leisure) I suffer from dry flaky skin which can be painful and sensitive and can become very red. Some creams aggrevate the situation, can anyone recommend something for men. I live in the U.K.

approximately 2 weeks ago i ate wild salmon and got a fishbone stuck in throat.moving to different sides and pinching me all over.
i had xrays, ct scan. the night before i went for gastroscopy i felt the bone right in the center of my throat choking me after awhile i was able to swallow liquids only.the next morning i had a gastroscopy.and felt the same after. i also saw an ent and nothing showed.what do i do now?

just wondering if anyone else out there with a cracked, bad, or impacted wisdom tooth/teeth is having problems with the spped of they're heart... ive been completely healthy all my life up until only two things that i can think of that mightve had an effect on the speed of my heart quickening... and thats a recently broken and bad wisdom tooth or taking overdoses of mega vitamins.. im hoping its the wisdom tooth because i have heard or seen some things online that say bad wisdom teeth can be linked to heart arrythmias,, ( and this can be fixed by getting it taken out) but the vitamin overdoses that i think i took for a good 1 and a half to 2 years would probably be permanent... just wondering if anyone else out there with bad wisdom teeth are having any of the same effects that im having with my heart.. im thinking SINUS ARRHYTMIA sinuses are right above wisdom..ofcourse NO DOCTOR has the answers for me...doctors rarely about your health they're just overpaid drug/pill pushers..

I played football (soccer) 5 days ago and got a hefty kick on the back of the leg just under the knee. It's still rather painfull and when i kneel down it really hurts. Its kinda on the muscle and bone. I thought it was a dead leg and would be ok but it's still sore.

Everything is messed up. At the end of February I had major ear infection in my rt ear. The dr. put me on antibiotics and it took about 1wk to clear. Since it triggered anxiety attacks and dizziness! that will not go away! Been back to the dr. 2 mos ago and said it was allergies. help
