I am really trying to loose weight (about 20 lbs), so i am starting to only eat Lean Cuisine meals and South Beach Diet meals along with only drinking water. So should this really help. I am also working out!

what would your decision be if a COPD patient suffered from smoke inhalation? i know that for a regular person, you would put the patient on a 100% non-rebreather (if there is no hyperbaric chamber around). but in my head, im still debating on what to prioritize when it comes to COPD. if we put the patient on 100%, this can trigger hypoventilation because of air-trapping, but if we don't put them on 100%, he can suffer from carbon monoxide poisoning.

what would your decision be? in school, i was taught that ventilation comes first before oxygenation. i just thought this topic is worth debating about... it's acute versus chronic.

Sexual aversion disorder is a disorder characterized by disgust, fear, revulsion, or lack of desire in consensual relationships involving genital contact.

Symtomps could be persistent or recurring aversion to or avoidance of sexual activity. The aversion must result in significant distress for the individual and is not better accounted for by another disorder or physical diagnosis. When presented with a sexual opportunity, the individual may experience panic attacks or extreme anxiety.

All the girls that allow me inside have complained of pain probably due to half-way penetration. I've slept with several vergins but never brock the himen, and one later came to me claming to have lost her verginity to someone else. My current partner really get's tired after a single session because because of over-lifting her leggs to allow penetration. This is because the small man cannot just go in with leggs down. I've tried from behind but it just cant go beyond the lips. You guys, argue it out.

if we're squatting over the toilet in perfect position to aim straight down, then why does the flow sometimes move to the side even if our body doesnt? i hate it when this happens while using public restrooms because then i have to wipe the nasty seat i tried to avoid or even my leg/pants because the flow decided to change direction on it's own.

does the vagina cause this? is it gravity? or does the slightest movement just throw the flows balance off? and is there anything i can do to prevent it besides actually sitting? thanks!
