Walking is one of many best ways to exercises. I enjoy jogging and running.

Walking at a brisk pace is the best exercise and is documented that way in published studies. This exercise is best for overall well being rather than increasing strength and cardiovascular conditioning.

Running is actually the best form of exercise. but any exercise is better than none.

yes! I strongly recommended it .I know it works for me I walk for about 5 miles everyday and I have lost about 10 pounds in 10 weeks...I live near the Ocean and I use the excuse to go and watch the sunset to go down while I walk.

Walking may be best for people without joint problems or arthritis.

For those whose joints ache, swimming is probably the best exercise.

Not bad, especially for people who aren't fit.

Swimming is acknoweldged as being the best all-round exercise. Pity I can't swim!

Not for me. To me, I don't feel like I'm getting a really good workout. I like to push myself to the limit, so I run sprints or take aerobics classes instead.

actually not even the easiet, you lose calories no matter what you do, sleeping would be easiest (did you know u lose calories while eating too), I would say activity wise it's the easiest, but definetly not the best, cause running, would love more calories, biking, hiking, etc would also lose more

Sex would be my definition of great exercise. Great cardio, some positions enhance strength, and of course the other benefits at the climax..............
