I do meditation 15 minutes everyday when I'm finally alone for 15 minutes (most times directly before bed). If you can't due to kids, hubby, etc. in the house, then here's something else I do.

Go into the bathroom, run a bath, take a glass of wine, fill tub, then bring in music (preferably soft music or concerto's) set it beside the door to drown out the family unit or better yet invest in ear plugs and then turn it higher than the voices you hear. Works for me everytime and it's my turn to drive my family crazy rather than the other way around.
