my orthodontist said, in two months I can start only wearing it at night, then two months later, only a few hours a day, well, its been the first two months, but even when i have it out for three hours its tight when i put it back.. so isnt that an indication I should leave it in longer? is she crazy?

Your Ortho lady is wealthy enough, and doesn't wanna take advantage of you,,,,OR she wants you back after 6 months to keep you as a patient,,,OR she knows, without telling you that even a year won't help.
