I met my ex when he was16 and knew him for 30 years married 26 antidepressants I believe ruined his life and our five childrens lives he has never been the same person since he went on them and has lost his whole life savings due to confusion and not understanding whats going on plese help no one cares about him

Sounds like he needs to talk to his doctor and consider a different medication. Each one can have a drastically different effect on a person. Sometimes it takes experimentation to find the right one.
I kinda felt the same way when on antidepressants - confused, unable to focus. With depression it is important to couple meds with therapy. After a while of being chemically depressed, your brain learns to think that way and it takes time and counselling to undo those thought patterns.

Antideppressants can mess you up. I'd advise NEVER to take them.
