ok, is there anyone who knows a way to do a natural at home colon cleanse. See, i am going on a 15-21 day fast to detoxify my body. If i am not eating, there is nothing that will make me have bowels movements exept if i have a colon cleanse. anyone know of any variations or alternative teas to drink to have frequent bowel movements while on a juice fast.

..in the site name. I just have no idea what it was. Personally im not sure cos i dont think it is a good to introduce a razor down there in case you cut something now that would hurt. Maybe you just trim with scissors cos its more controlled

Over the past year or so, I have been feeling increasingly depressed. I have become uninterested in many of the things I used to do, and I look at everything from a very bleak viewpoint. I always assume the worst and I tend to dig myself into this feeling of uselessness that I can't get out of.

Is it depression, or am I just... I dunno... suffering from teenage hormones or something (I'm 16)?

It is biomedical waste incinerator and is situated about 500 m from my home. It is producing toxic fumes in the night for about 3 hours .
