to get the energy back fast? Its been two days but I still feel drained.

Chicken soup is the best food to eat after having the flu. Thats what my mum used to tell me and it seems to do the trick for me!! Also, there's the obvious increased intake of vitamin C, orange juice or vitamin supplements will do the trick. Avoid alcohol and cigarettes to ensure the flu doesn't come back!!

Homemade chicken noodle soup! Slowly bring normal food back into your diet, or you will upset your tummy. Bananas, rice, apple juice and toast have been suggested to me .. aka BRAT.

Of course you still feel drained, take it easy, rest, eat well .. let your body heal.
