Sometimes we think we are coping with stuff but our bodies react like this to show us we arent. Try taking Kalms herbal remedy to ease the stress. Be honest with yourself and others, start admitting that maybe you arent coping too well an do take up offers of someone to talk to and a shoulder to cry on. I thought i was coping with my problems but started having panic attacks, this proved i was fooling myself so started being more honest and admitting that maybe i am not coping. Just by stopping pretending was enough for me, it was almost like the panic had no where else to go so these attacks started and once i started talking about it they stopped. If the problem persists then see your doctor as you need to nip this in the bud before it gets worse. Good luck x

Try to find relaxation techniques. Getting a massage or going to Yoga. Or just meet with a health profession to evaluate whether you have an axiety disorder or maybe you are having anxiety attacks. For the meantime, whatever it is that's going on look at the big picture and try not to get too wrapped up in the negative. You are going to have a nervous breakdown if you continue to stress.

This sounds like classic stress. (Unless you're detoxing from drugs/alcohol).
Symptoms also fit with Parkinson's Disease...but I'll go with stress given the situation you're in.

You need to remove yourself from whatever's going on for a while - a short break, or just going for a walk. You might like to try meditation, yoga - even swimming is a good stress release.

If it doesn't get any better, the GP is where I'd go - he may prescribe anti-depressants.

Ultimately, if the situation is doing this to you, and you're worried about it, you should take a back seat and not get involved if you can.

Go and see your Doctor. It could be a nervous tic brought on by stress/depression if you have had a bad time of it recently then it could possibly related to that. We all cope with things differently and this could be your body's way of dealing with it. Your Gp will help and avise you and recommend suitable treatment. You take care!!
Big hugs and kind thoughts to you x

first you should go to a doctor! it may be nothing serious, stress really can mess you up, but you'd better get checked out.
it's hard to say what is causing this problem but it could be neurological and that isn't something to take lightly.
take care of yourself, you have enough problems without the additional worry about your health. deal with it straight away.
Hope you're going to be okay.
Best Wishes:)

It sounds like it could be stress due to your situation but ihad a friend whos daughter had the same symptoms and it turnd out to be MS. Please dont worry though, this is very unlikely but i would go and see the doctor just in case, it could be any numer of neurological conditions and it would be best to rule them out.

Sounds stress related. Might be tightening of the muscles or lots of adrenaline in your system. Try drinking some chamomile tea or something to relax you.

Go see a doctor. Or try relaxation techniques. If things have been bad for you recently then you need someone to talk to.

Don't bottle it up you will just get worse.

Good luck.
