Me and my fiance have been together for the last three years. But recently I have been just getting even more disgusted with her weight. As well she is only tweenty five and she is already starting to see the serious negative side affects taking a toll on her body do to her obesity. She is about three hundred and eighty pounds. How do I help her get to a more healthier weight without pushing her away, affending her or hurting her feelings? Secondly, what is some good dinners I can make that doesn't cost alot of money, I don't have a lot to spend but I need to start eating healthier as well as my fiance. I'm two hundred and tweenty two pounds but I'm six three so my weight is well portioned and would not be considered over weight. My fiance is suffering from obesity. She is only five nine. You can imagine the disasterious road she is going down in terms of her health.
