I am 27 and wear a 38F, I weight 125lbs. I have wanted a breast reduction for a long time but have really been thinking about it lately with the back pain I have and posture. My concern is how they will look after, will they sad? I have heard that if you get a breast lift that involves a reduction? I need some advice and opinions. Thanks for all that you can give.

First hand experience! I went from a G cup (seriously!) to a D in December of 2004. The surgeon took off 13 1/2 pounds from me - he said it was the largest he had ever done. I had three compressed vertebrae, was in constant pain and was tired of being gawked at. By far the best thing I've ever done. I was off work for three weeks. The first couple of days are painful, especially if you drainage tubes. Because the tubes are inserted into you, shifting positions can make you sore. They give you narcotic painkillers and your best bet is rest. I propped myself up on pillows, watched movies and just slept. My surgery was performed on Friday. My drainage tubes were removed on Wednesday (warning, when they pull them, it hurts like hades, but only briefly, once they're gone, the pain is pretty much over!). I took painkillers on Wednesday and Thursday morning. After that, it was plain Tylenol! I was a bit tired, but it really didn't hurt. Because of the stitches, they don't want you exercising or lifting anything. My Mum came to stay with me and took care of everything.

The relief in my back was immediate. Within two weeks post-surgery, my vertebrae had completely decompressed. I do have some scarring on my sides and underneath because he removed a huge amount of tissue, but the results are so stunningly beautiful! I still look in the mirror all the time and admire them, they're perky and cute! Thanks to the small ridge of scar tissue underneath, they will never sag. My surgeon also gave me a breast lift "since he was there anyway". I had full sensation back in all areas within three months.

If you have any back pain, it will automatically be covered by your insurance. I spoke to my insurance company and the representative told me it needed to get done as soon as possible because of my back problems. I picked a brilliant plastic surgeon on my HMO (he was recommended to me) and it cost me $125 out of pocket - and that included my six follow up visits.

Its amazing how wonderful it feels to have someone look in my eyes when they're talking to me now. No more "you should be a stripper" comments and people talking to your breasts. No more back pain. You can wear clothes you never dreamed of wearing before. Its truly amazing. Good luck to you! It will change your life.

Get breast reduction surgery in India.Cosmetic Surgery is very cheap in India. There is one company that is very famous in India that arranges cosmetic surgery for foreigners in India. They are called the Forerunners Healthcare.I read a lot about them in the Newspapers and about their patient stories.

I have also read that they arrange financing for american and canadian patients as cosmetic surgery is not covered by insurance. They also have photos pasted of their International patients. You can checkout their website. The cost savings are incredible. As a doctor i personally believe that your cosmetic surgery can be easily handled in India as the quality of healthcare available here is simply best in the world. The surgeons are USA/UK trained and facilities are 5 star.

my cousin got her breast reduction/liposculpture/buttoc... lift surgery in India through the forerunners healthcare.she is more than very happy with the results.she just paid 30% of the amount she was quoted in USA and is all praise for this forerunners healthcare company.i personally have seen the wondeful results and am particularly impressed with the kind of quality care she got from this company.
