a bicep is the muscle on top of your arm. it's the muscle that pops out when you flex your arm like on popeye cartoons when the arm shoots up...that is his bicep. a tricep is the muscle on the bottom of the arm on the other side from the bicep. it is in more of a triangular shape for people in shape enough to tell.
