I'm like not very old, and not too young at all. I weigh probably about 90 to 100 pounds. I wanna know if//how I can like, lose 1 or 2 pounds in an hour or hour and a half. Help??
[I'm already cutting my sweets].

Do a really big ****. hahahahahahaaaaaaaaaaa.

Kidding. You don't weigh much anyway. If anything possibly underweight. avoid sweets but eat the right food and exercise.

I personally dont think you need to lose weight and if you do it quickly it will just be excess fluid which wont really make a difference to your physical appearance,

Ok, it's probally impossabe to burn 1 to 2 pounds in a hour. if your doctor is happy with your weight, don't lose weight. You can effect your body in a bad way. Just learn to accept the way you look and find a outfit that you feel great in and look good in! Good luck!

you're 90 -100 lbs? are you sure you need to lose weight?

c'mon.. i don't think you need to lose any.. just pamper yourself.. go get a new haircut or the spa.. i always feel good/look good after a day of pampering

wear heavy cloths and run and do pushups and crunchies...dont stop moving...do like a circut...do like 3 sprints and then 15 pushups and 20 crunchies and do it again and again and again...and throw in some jump ropes...but dont stop moving at all...and wear rly rly rly rly heavy cloths...like many layers so u sweat more

i don't know if this'll work for you but i go on the treadmill everyday, and when i began i got instant results since i never really exercised before. it mainly gives you better legs.
