I recently went to the dentist after 3 years and had a cleaning. She used this new machine that beeps if a tooth has a cavity. She told me i have 7 cavities (I have not had a problem my entire adult life) so i was very surprised when i heard this. I have NO insurance, and im basically broke, so there is no way i can afford the $1400 for all 7 fillings. My questions are:

Has anyone heard of this machine that detects fillings? what is your experience with that?

Can I wait until January (when i can get dental insurance) to get this taken care of.....or will my teeth be in dire straits?

I am torn and not sure what to do - help!

Im 16 years old and I want to get well defined arm muscles. I usually wake up in the morning and do about 25-30 pushups ( I don't own any weights), wait about 30 seconds and repeat 4 more times. Then I do the same thing right before I go to Bed. Is this enough for well defined muscles? And about how long will it take? My arms (bicep region) are very skinny, as I am skinny naturally.

Can anyone give me any success stories on dealing with IBS, without ruining my life? I tried an herbal remedy, which worked for a while, but now I am starting to have trouble again. I can't imagine how people can live in Osaka or Tokyo. It is hot and humid in Japan in the summer, but it is even more disgusting in the big city because of the concrete, lack of greenery and all the air con machinese activated and spitting out the hot humid air onto the streets.

I live in the country side, the drawback here are the mosquitoes and　ゴキブリですね。
