If you have never had sexual intercourse with a man who has penetrated your vagina, you are still a virgin. Just because you masturbate, that will not take away your virginity.

Hymens are different for every woman. You could look at thousands of them and none would look exactly like yours.
I would say if you have never had a penis penetrate your vagina then you are a virgin.

Whether your hymen busts or not is not of issue. Virginity is a matter of innocence. As long as you have never had sexual intercourse you are still a virgin.
