Im 16 years old and I want to get well defined arm muscles. I usually wake up in the morning and do about 25-30 pushups ( I don't own any weights), wait about 30 seconds and repeat 4 more times. Then I do the same thing right before I go to Bed. Is this enough for well defined muscles? And about how long will it take? My arms (bicep region) are very skinny, as I am skinny naturally.

Since you are naturally skinny (like I am too), its real easy to get well defined muscles, they just wont get too huge. Anyways for definition you need to do relatively light workouts (like light weights) but go for alot of repitition, which sounds like you are doing. Seriously just get some 10 pound weights and do a bunch of different work outs for your arms while watching TV or something, I did that when I was like 16-17 and it works pretty fast. push ups wont help your arms get defined really.

Oh and I see in one answer someone said your arms might stay skinny, trust me no matter how skinny you are if you work out your arms with weights you will notice a huge difference, they just will never get like body builder huge, but who wants that anyways!

u need to go to the gym. or if u can use ur high schools weight room. my hs weight room is open monday-thurs all summer. and use a work out plan.

monday/wednesday - arms biceps triceps
tuesday/thursday - legs and treadmill, squats
friday - cardio mile runs ups and downs

Remember: if u feel sore during the first 2 weeks, its ok cuz thats sposed to happen. if u dont then u arent trying hard. good luck

Skinny just like me. I suggest you keep up your routine. But realistically, your genes may mean you are stuck with skinny arms. But the greater good is that you are exercising and that helps your overall health.

Good Luck
