Hang on a minute, is the leg going to be removed or the bullet? How did you shoot him, was it an accident or on purpose? Please add details.

Suggest you own up pronto, when you loaded the air rifle you left minute particles of DNA on the pellet.

As this pellet will be removed by qualified medical staff they will submit it to the police forensics department as it will be classed as evidence in an assault charge.

Any shooting incident is always investigated by the police .

I think you need to tell him what happend. Why would you do such a mean thing. I don't see why it would have to be romoved but it still was not right.

I will bet that he knows it was you and is telling you that the leg needs to be removed to get you all workied up. you need to tell him what you did and that you are very sorry. After that you need to be ready to pay doc bills and whatever else comed aobut. But I hope you learned from this.

He is already being cared for by a doctor whom I presume knows what he is doing, so from the standpoint of health there is nothing
you can do. Whatever the outcome, you should get in touch with a
lawyer to guide you and your feelings.

You feel a bit bad??? well, when you feel really bad, as you undoubtedly should. You've got two options
1. Take yourself and your air rifle down to the police station and tell em what you've done
2. Move.

Oh my goodness. You should go and admit to him that it was you. Then you should go to the Police Station next and admit your crime. You "feel a bid bad"? Shame on you.
