Yes maybe, but since you were asking the other day about blood tests and being Diabetic, I now presume that your Diabetic state has been confirmed. In which case this could also be a symptom of a hypoglaecemic attack - you now need to check out your blood sugar level and if it is on the low side (anything below 4) then you'll need to eat or drink something sweet to raise your blood sugar level again

Yes fatigure can make you light headed and dizzy along with poor diet and not the right nutrients as well.

yes I actually took to the ground one day after my boss decided I should try to do the amount of work usually handled by 3-4 people
still managed to get home (30 miles away) got home and collapsed. don't ever get conned into doing something similar it does bad things with your mind
