Labiaplasty (labia reduction) is a cosmetic surgery done for women who experience pain during intercourse, feel discomfort during everyday activities, when wearing tight-fitting clothing, feel unattractive, or wish to enhance their sexual experiences by removing some of the labia.
The purpose of a labiaplasty is to better define the inner labia. During this procedure the urethral opening can be redefined, and if necessary improvements to the vagina may be made. The problem can be caused by genetics, sexual intercourse or difficulties in childbirth.

Why in the hell would ANY woman want ANYONE to work on her labia? Its SUPPOSED to look like chewing gum ok?
You sure as heck don't want ANYONE working on those nerves- remember, it can take up to 7 years- thats 7,,,,,very,,,,long,,,,,years,,,,,that will interfear with your sex life.
Now,,,,let me make this perfectly clear. NOBODY NEEDS SURGERY ON THEIR LABIA. EVER. PERIOD.
There might be one exception- and thats when a woman has genital warts and they need to be removed. That is ALL- and thats a very very small miniority of women
