I'm 5"5 and weigh 115lbs, trying to get down to 105lbs as quickly as possible. I'm not over-working out (like 2-3 hours at a time or something, more like 45-75 minutes depending on my schedule) and am eating reasonably healthy. Just wondering if all this exercise is hurting more than helping...if there is too much of a good thing?

I just started taking a multivitamin a couple of weeks ago and for the first half of the day it makes my urine bright yellow (the vitamin is yellow as well). I drink tons of water so I know it's not a lack of water. I'm just wondering if it's a dye that's coming off or what and if it means its overworking my kidneys or if it's just a harmless side effect?

whenever i stand up i get dizzy like very dizzy, can't walk properly and i'd have to sit back down and sometimes lie down and my eyes blackout for like a few seconds or so also my heart seems to race faster i m not sure whats wrong?

oh btw i m 14, if that helps or not

There was a plant outside my office door that collected water and it began to grow fungus and much more. Someone even put newspaper in it to soak up the excess water. It smelled like rotten eggs. They took the plant out, siphoned out the dirty water, stunk out the whole building, and immediately my nose and sinuses began to react. Is it just a coincidence that maybe I caught a cold and the symptoms began at exactly the same time they started messing with the water?

My best friend Meg thinks she might be pregnant. She is 18 and she is supposed to start her period in two days. skin peeled on head of penis?
about 2 weeks ago while in the tropics, my penis began to sting slightly. upon closer examiniation i noticed a very small, barely visible white discoloration on the ridge of the head. it did not appear to be raised or sunk. i then noticed that the skin all over the head of penis had begun to peel. i had to manipulate it a little bit, but the head of my penis was certainly peeling. within a few days, both the discoloration and the peeling were gone. does this sound like herpes? i had unprotected vaginal sex once like 2 years ago and have never had such symptoms. i am uncircumsized and some sunscreen may have come into contact with my penis before all of this happened (allergy/chemical irritation?), but i am not sure. i know i need to go to a dr. to be sure, but any thoughts are greatly appreciated! im kinda freaking out! is this typical/possible herpes? thank you

I keep getting times when i feel like i've really got to cry, i feel really scared, paranoid and i go to clutch my head as if i'm in pain but it doesnt hurt. At the same time i also feel like crying for help and curling up on the floor because i'm so scared but then i know that i'll be embarrassed if someone sees me this way, i'd hate for this to happen in public and people will think i'm crazy.

my ex-girlfriend and i have been broke up for about a month now.
some days she acts like she likes me and some days she acts like she hates me.
i have asked her if she has been talking or has done something w/some one eles and she always says no and gets mad .
she asked me the same quest. and i dont get mad
we were together for 4yrs. and she's acting like she does not care that we are not together anymore.. what should i do ? she's 31 and im 27. i would really like her back. i hate knowing some other guy will be w/her.

Whats the difference between an illness and an addiction? I believe they are totaly different things.Illness has becaome a blanket term that includes mental as well as physical illness. But many would classify addiction as an illness. How are they different? (I believe they are different. Help my arguement. :) Thanks!)

I am 23 years old, and I have been depressed for 1/2 my life...
I am have been, and currently taking Meds for it...
But beside the meds, I feel like I am hurting the people around me, My fiance, who I love very much and is my reason to keep moving on, but no matter how happy I am, I still am depressed...Help!
