I keep getting times when i feel like i've really got to cry, i feel really scared, paranoid and i go to clutch my head as if i'm in pain but it doesnt hurt. At the same time i also feel like crying for help and curling up on the floor because i'm so scared but then i know that i'll be embarrassed if someone sees me this way, i'd hate for this to happen in public and people will think i'm crazy.
Does anyone know what could be wrong with me?

The main thing to know is that you are not the only person in the world to have this happen to you. I went through a phase of crying all the time, getting really upset, feeling not my usual self and just generally feeling alienated from anyone and everyone. You are not crazy, you are probably experiencing a bit of depression/anxiety which will sort itself out over time. Go to the doctor. You can ask to speak to a councillor who will have experience of this kind of thing and wont think you're weird.
Were all human and nobody is perfect so dont worry about asking for help - you have to do what will make you feel better!

It sounds like a panic attack. I know because I get them, you don't actually have to be scared or frightened to bring them on, they can just happen. Mention it to your doctor, and they can put you on a once a day pill that prevents you from having them. I've been on the medicine for 2 years and I've only had 1 since then, before the medicine I used to get them all the time. It's not that uncommon, so don't feel stupid, it just happens to some people, you can't really control it. Just mention it to your doctor and everything will be fine. Good Luck!

One of the things you should do is remember to never feel bad about yourself in this situation. If your feeling depressed or anxious it can be easy to feel low and care about what other people think. You should throw embarresment out the window, you have every right to feel unhappy with such complicated isseus, its natural, your better than how other people judge you, rise above them and focus on yourself and realise how important you are and that you obtain your health and the pleasure and dreams you want out of life. Do not keep serious problemds to yourself, remember to let the right people know of your unhappiness. Its difficult to say what the exact problem is, but just keep getting help and focus on all of the above and you'll come through strong.I dont know you but you sound very upset and remember there is someone thinking of you and hoping you find the stable state of mind you deserve. xxxx

It sounds like your suffering from either depression or severe anxiety or a mix of the two.
Did anything happen recently to cause this?
And don't worry about it, everyone has problems and its okay to show it sometimes so don't be embarassed.
I felt the exact same way as you but I just said to myself "Don't do this to yourself, be happy" and it went away. Yours sounds much more serious though and I would definetly take the leap to pick up the phone and schedule an appointment with a therapist. It doesn't matter if its only one session, you sound like you need someone to talk to.

Sounds like you are having panic attacks or depression. I had the same symptoms last year. I saw my healthcare professional and started zoloft. Made the symptoms much better. When this happens to you... remember that you're ok. This will pass and there are lots of people who experience the same thing as you. I would see a doc as soon as possible.

I've had that myself. It's a desperate situation, but there is always an answer.
And the first thing you can do is to talk to someone about it, let them know how you are feeling, and why this suddenly comes on like this.
Even if they can't immediately help you out, at least the talking will have done something to help you. And that's your first step towards a more healthy and stable state of mind.

Sounds like depression and anxiety. I have these problems, so I should know.
Talk to your GP. There is all sorts of help out there. Some of it in the form of medication and some in the form of emotional support.
You will get better. It's nothing to be embarrassed about.
Take care ;-)

You might have what's called panic disorder. It's a feeling of being really scared for no apparent reason. It's pretty common. A mental health professional (doctor or nurse practitioner) could tell you more about it and help you find ways to deal with it.

It sounds as if you are having anxiety attacks and neet to seek professional help immediately - go to either your family doctor or a mental health professional. It will probably not get better and may get a lot worse by itself. Good luck!

It sounds like your depression acting up. I have depression, and sometimes I feel similar. Talk to your therapist. Take care of yourself too - eat well, exercise, and get some rest. You are worth it.
