It's not dizziness or vertigo. The best way to describe it is lightheaded. I had a VNG today which is suppose to determine if it's an inner ear or vestibular problem, but it came back normal. What other conditions could be causing this? Serious answers only please.

can someone help me to understand what I'm doing wrong? I have completely cut out sugar, white flour and most bad fats. I eat lots of fiber rich veggies, lean meats, and whole wheat bread and pasta. I drink 64+ ounces of water every day, and walk on the treadmill for 90min almost every day...and I am not losing weight. It is so discouraging and I am trying really hard. Any tips? Thanks!

I have decided to pursue a career in midwifery, but I am clearing my previous student debts and ensuring that I have some money behind me before embarking on the course, which I estimate will take me 3-5 years.
