Why should it be free?Not being funny or anything but have you actually tried to loose the weight? There are alot of people out there willing to help you if you can find them. Try a personnal trainer for a start they will make you work hard, Stick with people who encourage you to loose weight, then i bet you it will happen, Go 4 it!

you dont say what country your from in the u.k it does get done but there is a long wait and you will more than likely have to lose some weight beofore the surgeon will operate on you so they can see you are serious about having the operation in the first place

If you have a glandular problem, I would expect that to be covered by healthcare. Otherwise, go to France. Healthcare is free to almost anyone.

dont know what your disorder is but if the nhs thought you needed one they would do it, but if your that unhappy why not try to lose weight yourself, im sure if your unhappy anything is worth a go

thats because its all self inflicted.

nobody is obese by accident, its SIMPLE you eat more calories than you burn and it turns to fat.

try going out for a walk (not to KFC tho)
