I didn't know they still offered the Ephedra version, I thought all the Ephedra suppliments had been pulled from the market.
Yes, it is safe as long as you don't have pre-existing heart problems and the like. The Ephedra scare was way over blown and was because a few people thought that "if 1 capsule works good then if I want to lose weight 10 times as fast I should take 10 capsules". Users of dietary suppliments need to educate themselves and stay within recommended dosages for each suppliment. Especially if they are a small woman, they should not be taking as much as a 300 pound man would be taking.
Any stimulent supplimentation should start at the smallest possible dosage for the first week of use (1 capsule a day first thing in the morning) so that you can determine what effect it has on you. Then move to 1 capsule before breakfast and 1 before lunch for a few days. If I recall the recommended dosage on the bottle is 2 before breakfast and 2 before lunch. Don't move to that level until after 2 weeks of the lower dosage levels.
You are generally supposed to take this on an empty stomach about 1 hour before the next meal. Some people need a bit of food to deal with this, some just need extra water (not just 1 swallow). Try drinking a full 8 ounces of water with the one capsule to determine if you have stomach issues with the suppliment.

Yup, Ephedra is safe, if taken as recommended. It is legal to buy now, and the FDA recommended dosage is 10mg in an extended release formula.
I take a supplement caleld Herbalean. It contains Hoodia for appetite suppression, but it also contains Ma Huang Ephedra for an energy boost. and yes, the ban on ephedra was lifted by the FDA and it is legal to get on the market!
Herbalean is made by the company that originally produced MetaboLife, and it's an extended release formula wtih 77 trace minerals and 14 herbs to boost the effects of the Hoodia and Ephedra.
I've been taking it for a couple months now and get a load of energy through the whole day and I don't have the sweet cravings - I'm also not starving at each meal, so that helps me eat a lot less. I'm losing weight, but not as fast as I'd like because i've been working extra hours and haven't been eating that well or exercising as much. Still, I'm losing, not gaining!

The feedback approximately Australia are loopy. They obviously have been firstly a Gun Nut country and protested while their govt desired to take them away. However, they have got now not had a mass capturing for the reason that 1992 as a consequence and the Australians (even those who protested) will now inform you they believe a lot more secure. In addition, now not all weapons have been taken away; individuals nonetheless have searching rifles and if a nasty man or boogie guy broke into your apartment, you might nonetheless be equipped to do tons of harm with a searching rifle. My factor - can we fairly want each American to have entry to computer weapons and sniper rifles? Can't we avert precise gun entry and best make hand weapons and searching rifles available? Just announcing.
