I just had a blood test that needed 9 viles of blood, and I was wondering if you could ever die from getting too much blood taken out at once or overall in your life time?

i have a friend, but this freind has a nasty habit. this freind will peel the skin off their body and eat it. the habit started when this freind started chewing on fingernails. then haingnails, then just skin. off of teh palms of the hand, around the fingernails, and the soles of the feet. is this normal, or is it a serious health condition?

I am a 25 y.o. female, 5'6" and about 145 pds. I have always my entire life been very fit/active and perfect weight. Within this year i have gained about 15-20 pounds. I work in an office full time every day and don't have much time or the energy after/before work to exercise. i am going on vacation in 5 weeks to the lake and want to lose some pounds before then. Any advice on some fast weight loss without starving myself or having to do much exercise?? Any food diet's i can try, detox., etc.??
