I don't have any issues with weight, but i will like to have a toned body. The places i mainly want to work on is my abdominal, thighs, and arms. Let me know what exercises works the best. please serious tips only.

What do you do when therapy, and meds no longer work for your depression?

I am really begining to think I will never be able to beat this depression. It just seems that every avenue I attempt to get better, I run into a brick wall, then end up back at square one. Is anybody in the same situation?

ok i have this killer headache how can i get rid of it faster don't say take pills either i been doing that and it wont go away and i lay down when i take the pills but it wont go away please help seriously i need help!!!!

My daughter (12) has nightly intense abdominal pain that lasts about 2 hrs. Drs. not much help. Any suggestion

She's had blood, stool tests, x-rays, endoscope. Maybe gastritis, but prevacid's not helping. She's not a whiner or attention-monger. Has anyone else experienced/solved this? Everything else seems normal. No blood in stool, no vomitting, etc....

How long does your period last if you do a Day 1 start on birth control?

I did a day 1 start with ortho tricyclen lo on the first day of my period (obviously). It is now the third day and I am still bleeding. Doesn't starting birth control cause your period to stop?

His parents are addicts and it's ruining our life. What should I do?

My fiancee's parents are huge pot addicts and his dad is a drunk. There is never a night when he isn't drunk. The man also has a violent temper and he is the one we have to rely on to drive us around. I am pregnant and I have talked to them about smoking pot around me and they refuse to stop. My father in law to be very often drives me to doctor's appointments and even to collge and other places when he has been out drinking all day. I know who their dealer is and could easily shut down a whole operation with just a single phone call to the police and since his parents have been treating me so badly recently-calling me fat, lazy etc when I am 8 months pregnant- I am really tempted to do it. The problem is that they are his parents and also I am afraid of what will happen to me. Will I be in danger if I come forward? Should I shut them down or let them continue to put the lives of everyone around them at risk?

What can I take to keep my eye from twitching.?
