I've heard that cannabis sativa, aka, pot, is relaxing, but I wouldn't recommend it, since it is illegal. A hot bath, nice toddy, and some smooth jazz seem to do the trick for me. In fact, I think I'll do just that! It's been a killer day. Cheers!
