I did a search on webmd.com and found no results.
Did yet another search on Yahoo and found results here:
http://www.dafml.unito.it/anatomy/panzica/pubblicazioni/pdf/2005VigliettiBRB.pdf
That site had to do with drugs like DES (diethylstilbestrol) which cause sterility and cancer of the reproductive system in females (more likely) and males (less likely).
and here where access was locked to users with an account: http://arjournals.annualreviews.org/doi/abs/10.1146/annurev.me.10.020159.002043;jsessionid=nRAHRFTbXj06OqRzrZ?cookieSet=1&journalCode=med
It appears the drug is used for treatment of a lung condition and is a nuclear medicine. Just from what I could gather on Yahoo's abstract of the search.
I haven't been able to locate specifics though. Sorry.

Never heard of Ralium but I've heard of Valium. It's a muscle relaxant and, I believe it was used as a tranquilizer too.
