I'm pale white, so white I seem to glow sometimes. Anyway, I want to get a decent tan so I was out in my backyward for several hours today playing ball and other things. I get a pretty severe sun burn. I've been reading a lot of people saying that tanning in the sun can do a lot of stuff to your skin like make it leathery, wrinkly, and give you skin cancer. If I use sun-tan lotion everytime I go out can I get a good tan safely without the danger of cancer or any of those things? I don't know if this helps but I'm 15, I have green eyes, brown hair, and freckles. (but only on my face) Thanks.

i have stress urinary icontinence, which basically means i pee tidbits throughout the day and i am always moist in my pantys, its annoying, because im only 25. but i canot afford surgery, and i think if i can get the pee to smell better, i would live a better life. any suggestions from experience would be deeply appreciated. thanks!

MY bird is a double yellow head parrot. So his beak his sharp, and med in size.It stopped bleeding with ice and pressure after 20 minutes. I have a bandaid to keep it closed. BUT, I can't eat or drink w/o it breaking apart. It's a bit deeper wound than I thought. But not bleeding unless aggravated. Will this heal on its own, w/o stitches, and what are my chances of having a nasty scar w/o stitches vs. stitches? Also, when I go to work tomorrow, I was going to buy steri strips...won't that do just as well as stitches. I would like some advice from people who may have had similiar lip problems. Thankyou.

I've been told that Cup-o-noodles has way too much sodium. I never drink the broth. I only eat the noodles with a fork. I know that I am still ingesting sodium eating it this way but do you think that it is a lot?

I am on Ortho Novum 35, 24 yrs old. I had sex once before my period and once after my period. (protected sex) I am on Venom Hyperdrive 3.0 (Weightloss Pill). I have lost about 15lbs in a month. Well, my period was irregular. I always start on a Wednesday and Finish by Sunday night. My period was extremely light this time. I also only did the actual bleeding for 2 days and the rest was more like red brown spotting. Could it be the weightloss, birth control, weight loss pills? And now its Wed., which normally would be the 3rd day after my period finishes. I feel like I am on my period. When I wipe, I have a slight light brown, almost yellow discharge that smells like a period. What is it?

For 2 days, I went to camp and had to stay in the heat for a little while. We stayed in most of the time. But yesterday was a heat wave reaching to 107 degrees at where I live. When I looked in the mirror I saw that my face had bumps all over. It was not like this in the morning. It felt like a rash because my face feels like it was itchy and swelly. I think the heat wave made my face get a heat rash. Is this a heat rash? How long will it take to go away? What do I treat this with?

omfg i walked in on the little neighbor girl and the OLDER neighbor boy having sex! This is no a joke she is six he is seven and this was no"what's that inbetween your legs can i touch it?" kind of thing. I meanthey were really going at it I walked in on them in they were in the customary position humping each other but then I left and came back she was giving him a flippin bj! I had a back injury 3 months ago, but it was in my lower back. Within the last few days I have had some back pain that starts around the shoulder blades and moves upwards. Today I'm noticing when I stand up it is uncomfortable to breathe, I don't feel like myself, I'm more pale in the face than usual and I may have had a fever the past two days. Even sitting here at my desk is beginning to hurt. I tried "popping" my back but I can't even get my back/neck to do that. Do I need seek medical attention? How quickly?
