For 2 days, I went to camp and had to stay in the heat for a little while. We stayed in most of the time. But yesterday was a heat wave reaching to 107 degrees at where I live. When I looked in the mirror I saw that my face had bumps all over. It was not like this in the morning. It felt like a rash because my face feels like it was itchy and swelly. I think the heat wave made my face get a heat rash. Is this a heat rash? How long will it take to go away? What do I treat this with?

It's not actually swollen. I was overexaggerating. Its prickly alot when I start to sweat. But when I put hydrocortizone on to release the itching, it also helps

Hon, please see a doctor. Heat rash usually occurs in areas covered by clothing because the clothes prevent the skins pores from breathing properly. It doens't normally appear on an uncovered face. Also, heat rash doesn't usually involve swelling. Medical intervention is definitely warranted. I have hunted and found a link for a close-up photo to show you what heat rash looks like.
