Is it possible for us males to have our own version of "That Time of the Month?"

with all the chemicals in processed foods, I wouldn't be surprised if it wasn't something that men eat that alters their hormone levels. I know I go through cravings for certain foods sometimes and the only thing that helps is the food I crave. like taco bell food or a chili dog from checkers. or a bowl of chili from wendy's, they all have beef in them so maybe it's hormones from the cows. I don't want to go around with a pad on my head for pms though.

Could you have irritable male syndrome? I think so!

Sadly, Men's hormones flucuate hourly instead of on a 28 day cycle, like women.... which makes it much harder to be prepared for a mood swing.

I wouldn't be suprised if men attempt to track when the women in their life are going to be experiencing PMS... or maybe they just don't care that much! ;-)

Yes, absolutley. Men have hormones too, and they are constantly out-of-whack. We just don't have periods. However, we do have everything else that comes with PMS.
