I'm going on a quick weekend trip to Oregon on Aug. 17th. I am not fat..but not toned. I weight about 134 and im 5'5. I wana at least LOOK like 120 by the time I go. Any one know of any GOOD crash diets to where im a skinny ma'fuka by aug. 17th?

Crash diets are bad for you. There, I said it.
If you lose weight using a crash diet, you're going to gain it back. Once you start that cycle, it will come back to haunt you.
The dangers of cycling weight:
*increase in body fat
*lose of muscle
*you won't be able to lose weight as easily
*you run the risk of becoming anerexic or belemic
*most importantly, it damages your heart. Every time you go on a crash diet, you are taking a year off of your life, and that's the fact. Your heart can't handle the stress, and you really will die early from it.
So, don't go on a crash diet. Stay happy with wear you are, and lose weight the right way--eating four health meals per day, excercise, and staying stress-free!

Water and water for dinner. Lol. Don't do it. Crash diets can harm your heart muscle and won't make you look toned either. Get off the computer and run around the block. That helps better!

i tried a diet i lost about 1kilo perday really lets see dont eat any bread or fat.
walk for about 2 hours every day or run for 1 hour lots and lots of water no dinner
