I constantly worry about things and expect the worse out of every situation or person.

For example, I swear my boyfriend is cheating on me even when I KNOW he never has or ever will. I'll overanalyze everything and make up reasons to think he's cheating on me, eventually resulting in arguments between me and him.

Another example is that I am pregnant and am obsessed with reading up on things that can go bad with pregnancy. I start to self dianose myself.

How do I just calm down and look at things half full instead of half empty?

My boyfriend has little red bumps all over his tighs and bum only, they just came up suddenly yesterday, there are a few new ones today and they still look very red. I'm 95% sure they aren't pimples, as they don't look like them at all. He does work outside everyday and yesterday went for a swim in a community pool. He's worried whether or not to get them checked out by a doctor, any help?

I guarantee you that if you walk around in Paris, you'll much women with MUCH SMALLER breast. I'm astounded by how big some women's breast are in England. Is it fat? I don't think so, many tiny women have big breasts. Is it implants? Sometimes yes, but again many women have naturally larger breasts than I have ever seen in any other country. Help me! I'm going blind and I need to know why!

How the hell do we get stupid freeks on the Yahoo mail? okay. 5'10"1/2 and 165 pounds...sometimes 168. Is that heavy? I can't seem to get below that. True, I don't exercise cuz I HATE it!!!

I woke up two nights ago around 430a.m. Standing right at my closet door was an image of a person. I was scared but I was in disbelief. I kept blinking my eyes to make sure I wasn't seeing things. The image facing me just slowly dissapated in about a minute plus. Do you think I saw a ghost?

I have had 2 since Feruary this year. I've work at jobs in the past doing shipment, I'm guessing that's what stressed them out. Then in Feb. I lifted something heavy and that was the final straw for the discs. My options are live with it, steroid shots or surgery.

Just wondering if anyone has gone through the same thing and what my best option would be. I've heard various pros and cons about the two procedures.

Yes, they are debilitating and it's hard to live with, but I have no insurance and no money, so unless there are some miraculous exercises, please tell me!! Thanks :-)
