Everyone including doc says it's a normal part of cycle, but I've yet to get an explaination, are there any good sites with info?

Dont wear a bra so often

i've found cutting back on caffiene that week and not wearing a bra can help. also, i'm not sure if this is true or not, but one girl i know eats yams and snuggles with a pillow that has a lavender sachet in it. she said they have some chemical in them that helps her not to hurt so much.

You could get a hysterectomy so you don't have the monthly visit. But other than that, it's just something we have to deal with :o( You can't prevent it.

you cant make them stop hurting sorry it happens. but not wearing a bra so much does help a bit

My gyn advised me to cut back (drastically) on caffeine at that time, don't know how or why but it did seem to help, good luck with that....

what worked for me was putting my bra aside for a couple of days
